I am Dami Oladapo, a wife, mother of 2, and your District 2 Councilwoman; and I am honored to officially share that I am seeking re-election as your Councilwoman. My decision is rooted in my deep commitment to serving our community and building on the strong foundation we have established together.
When I first took office, Mableton was a brand new city — and with no transition team in place, we had to stand up government from the ground up. It has been both a fulfilling and humbling experience to serve as part of this historic first City Council. Together, we have built key city services, protected public safety, improved housing and code enforcement, supported our seniors and youth — and done it all while maintaining fiscal responsibility and transparency.
I believe that when we work together, we can accomplish great things for our community. While we have achieved significant milestones, our work is far from finished.
With a track record of service, accountability, and strong community engagement, I am committed to continuing this progress — ensuring that Mableton remains a city where every voice matters, and where all residents can thrive.
This next term is about continuing to advance initiatives that promote prosperity, transparency, and equity for all. With your continued support and partnership, I know we can keep moving Mableton forward.
